Christian Holck

Principal

Christian Holck joined Valeas in 2022 and is a Principal on the Investment and Operating Team. Christian is a Director of TicketManager and an Observer of Baker Tilly and Ren.

Prior to Valeas, Christian worked at Deliveroo with Ed, a UK-based online food delivery company, where he led corporate finance and corporate development for the company through its 2021 IPO on the London Stock Exchange. Prior to Deliveroo, Christian was an investment Associate at Hellman & Friedman, where he focused on technology and financial services sectors. At Hellman & Friedman, he was part of the deal teams for the acquisitions of Nets and Allfunds.

Christian started his career at Morgan Stanley on the Media & Communications investment banking team in London. Christian holds an M.Sc. in Finance & Strategic Management and a B.Sc. from Copenhagen Business School.
