Ed Woiteshek

Co-Founder and Managing Partner

Ed Woiteshek is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Valeas Capital Partners. He manages the firm and serves on the firm’s Investment Committee. Ed is a Director of Baker Tilly, CINQCARE, Ren, and TicketManager and an Observer of Well.

Prior to co-founding Valeas, Ed was heavily involved in growing and operating several private and public companies, including The Pill Club (Strategic Operating Partner), Deliveroo (Senior Executive), Neiman Marcus Group (Board Member), Marxent (Board Member), Catalina (Board of Directors), and CarProof (President & CEO).

Ed was a senior investment professional at Hellman & Friedman for 10 years where he co-led deal sourcing efforts in automotive services, digital media and commerce, and data services. He started his career at Morgan Stanley. Ed received his B.A. from Yale University.
