Elina Onitskansky

Senior Advisor

Elina Onitskansky is a Senior Advisor to Valeas. Elina supports Valeas in its partnership with portfolio company CINQ, including assisting with prioritizing strategic growth opportunities, reunderwriting Valeas’ ongoing investment into CINQ, longer-term positioning with stakeholders, and capital market readiness.

Elina comes to this role with extensive healthcare experience. In addition to her work with Valeas, she is the Founder & CEO of Ilant Health, an obesity treatment company, and an Executive in Residence at Centerbridge Partners.

Elina previously served as Chief Growth & Strategy Officer at Help at Home, LLC. Prior to that, she served as Senior Vice President and Head of Strategy for Molina Healthcare and as an Associate partner within McKinsey’s health care practice. Elina also gained private equity experience as an Associate at Hellman & Friedman. She received her Bachelor’s degree and her M.B.A. from Harvard University.
