Elina Onitskansky

Senior Advisor

Elina Onitskansky joined Valeas in 2022 as a Senior Advisor. Elina supports Valeas in its partnership with portfolio company CINQCARE, including assisting with prioritizing strategic growth opportunities, re-underwriting Valeas’ ongoing investment into CINQCARE, longer-term positioning with stakeholders, and capital market readiness.

Elina comes to this role with extensive healthcare experience. She is the Founder & CEO of Ilant Health, a value-based obesity and cardiometabolic health company. Elina was previously an Executive in Residence at Centerbridge Partners and served as Chief Growth & Strategy Officer at Help at Home, LLC. Prior to that, she served as Senior Vice President and Head of Strategy for Molina Healthcare and as an Associate Partner within McKinsey’s health care practice. Elina also gained private equity experience as an Associate at Hellman & Friedman.

Elina received her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and her A.B. from Harvard College.
