Rob Little

Co-Founder and Managing Partner

Rob Little is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Valeas Capital Partners. He manages the firm and serves on the firm’s Investment Committee. Rob is a Director of CINQCARE, Sequoia Financial Group, and Suntera Global. He is an Observer of Well.

Prior to co-founding Valeas, Rob was a Managing Director and the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Golden Gate Capital. At Golden Gate Capital, Rob oversaw firm-wide operations and reestablished and led the firm’s financial services investment vertical.

Prior to Golden Gate Capital, Rob was a Director at Hellman & Friedman and before that worked at Goldman Sachs in investment banking in New York and San Francisco. He started his career serving as a United States Naval Officer in the Submarine Force and earned his M.B.A. from Duke University and a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
