Sara Solli

Senior Associate

Sara Solli is an Senior Associate at Valeas, where she works on legal and compliance projects and provides the Operating and Investment Team with process execution support.

Prior to joining Valeas, Sara was an Associate in the litigation group at Sullivan & Cromwell. She received her J.D. from UCLA School of Law, during which time she had an externship at the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

Prior to law school, Sara worked as a paralegal for several years primarily in the immigration field. She received her M.A. from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland.
