Stephen Smith is a Vice President at Valeas, where he manages Limited Partner relationships and supports the Firm’s capital raising efforts.

Previously, Stephen served as an Operations Specialist at Pluribus Labs, a systematic active equity manager. He also worked for the University of Notre Dame for 14 years, most recently as its Director of Regional Development where he represented the University and engaged with leading benefactors in Central and Northern California. Additionally, Stephen worked as the Associate Director of Corporate Relations covering New York, Boston, and Washington DC.

Prior to his time at Notre Dame, Stephen worked in corporate sales as a Healthcare Representative for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. Stephen earned his M.B.A. and B.A from the University of Notre Dame, where he currently serves on the Executive National Alumni Board of Directors.
