Susan Long McAndrews

Strategic Advisor

Susan Long McAndrews joined Valeas in 2025 as a Strategic Advisor supporting the firm’s investment activities in wealth and asset management.

Susan brings deep experience in global private markets as an experienced private markets allocator and capital formation leader. She served as a longstanding member of Pantheon’s Board of Directors, Executive Committee and International Investment Committee. Susan was previously the lead portfolio manager of the AMG Pantheon Fund (P-PEXX), a multi-billion dollar private equity fund designed for accredited investors.

Susan received her M.A. from Stanford University and her B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
