Veronica Douglass joined Valeas in 2022 and is a Senior Executive Assistant at Valeas, where she supports the firm’s Co-Founders, Rob Little and Ed Woiteshek. Veronica is responsible for managing daily operations and special projects for both Rob and Ed, as well as the broader Valeas team.

Prior to Valeas, Veronica served as an Executive Assistant at Butterfly Equity, Spirit Realty Capital, and Hellman & Friedman. She earned her B.A. from the University of California, Davis.
