In June 2024, Valeas partnered with Hellman & Friedman on a strategic investment in Baker Tilly, a leading US Advisory CPA firm, performing audit, tax and advisory services, and primarily serving middle market clients. Baker Tilly operates under an alternative practice structure pursuant to which Valeas does not have an equity interest in the audit and attest services business of Baker Tilly.
