CINQCARE is a physician-led, next-generation, value-based care (“VBC”) provider platform focused on caring for underserved Black and Brown Family Members at home and in their communities. CINQCARE began its operations in New York and has now expanded to four additional states. Valeas completed a minority investment into CINQCARE in December 2021, with a follow-on investment completed in April 2023.
